Nom, owner of Studionom Contemporary Fibre Art for Modern Homes, was born in Swaziland, South Africa and grew up in Netherlands. She studied textile design at the Charles Montaigne fashion academy in Amsterdam.  After 12 year in fashion she embarked on her own creative journey embracing weaving and macramé into her geo wall hanging designs.  Simplicity, beauty, and honesty are the essential ingredients in her work.
